Domestic Career

Ravindra’s journey to professional cricket started in 2016. He made his debut for Wellington in the 2016-17 season and quickly established himself as a promising all-rounder. His left-arm spin bowling and aggressive batting style caught the attention of selectors and fans alike.

And he made his first-class debut on 02 November 2018 in the match of Pakistan A vs NZ A at ICCA Dubai. Then he made his List A debut on 21 October 2018 in the match of NZ A vs Pakistan A at Tolerance Oval. In the next year, he also made his T20s debut on 27 January 2019 in the match of Wellington vs Otago at Dunedin.

International Career

Over the years, he continued to impress in domestic cricket, consistently contributing with both bat and ball. He made his international debut for the New Zealand cricket team on 01 September 2021 against Bangladesh, With T20I format of cricket. And then, he made his Test debut on 29 Nov 2021 against India.

After 2 years, he was also included in New Zealand’s ODI team and he made his ODI debut on 25 March 2023 while playing against the Sri Lankan team. Then he was also included in ODI World Cup 2023, and he scored his first One day world cup century against England on 05 OCT 2023.
