A professional wrestler, actor, musician, and television personality, Terry Gene Bollea is better known as Hulk Hogan. His trademark feather boas and large frame are easily recognized, as are the long white hair, handlebar moustache, and large frame of his body. A talented musician and baseball player while growing up, he eventually chose wrestling as his passion. Hulk Hogan trained with the famous trainer Hiro Matsuda, who broke his leg on the first training day. The coach respected and admired Hogan for returning as soon as his leg healed.

Career:

On August 10, 1977, Hogan fought Brian Blair after training with Matsuda for a year. As a result of his differences with Matsuda, he left the CWF and him.

The 'NWA Southeastern Heavyweight Championship' was Hogan's first wrestling championship.

He joined the WWF in 1979, thanks to Vincent McMahon. Against Harry Valdez, he won his first WWF match.

The WWF champion held the title for 1,474 days between 1984 and 1988.

During 1990 and 1991, he won consecutive 'Royal Rumble' matches, becoming the first wrestler ever to do so.

In 1991, Hogan won the 'WWF Championship' for the third time by pinning Sgt Slaughter.

2012 marked the opening of Bollea's beachfront restaurant, Hogan's Beach, located in Tampa Bay.
