AP Dhillon on Sidhu Moosewala’s Death

Rapper AP Dhillon, who was born in India and currently resides in Canada, has expressed his sorrow and grief over Sidhu Moosewala's unexpected death. On May 29, unidentified gunmen shot and killed Moosewala in the Punjabi village of Jawaharke in the Mansa district.

A day after the Punjab government removed the protection of 424 persons, including the singer, the incident occurred. He was taken to a nearby hospital where the medical staff pronounced him dead.

Dhillon, who is well known for his famous songs like Insane and Brown Munde, expressed worry about the event on his Instagram and underlined how challenging it is for Punjabi artists to work behind the scenes because they have to deal with continuous judgment, hate-filled comments, and threats.
