Aditi Budhathoki is an Indian actress and model. She is best known for playing lead actress role Kesar in Nepali romance drama action film Kri, directed and written by Surendra Poudel in year 2018. She has also worked in several Indian musical videos like Hawa Banke (2019), and Tu Mera Nahi (2020). She has served as an ambassador for a Nepalese FM channel, Ruslan FM 95.2. Aditi is now the second Nepalese celebrity to run into a million followers on Instagram

Birth and family

Aditi Budhathoki was born on 28 June 1996 in Damak, Nepal. Her father’s name is Mohan Budhathoki, serves at Mainachuli Nirman Sewa, and her mother’s name is Pushpa Budhathoki, is a fashion designer. She holds a degree in Information Technology. 

Career

Aditi began her career as a model and performed in a variety of television advertisements including, Amazon, Blinge, Elen Blu, and Kuber Jewellery. She garnered fame from the music video song Main Teri Ho Gyi Haan by Milind Gaba. She acted in many Punjabi music videos like Ruseya Lagda Aen sung by Rahul Lakhanpal in 2020, Hawa Banke sung by Darshan Raval in 2020, and Tum Jahan Raho in 2021 by Gurashish Singh.

Aditi made her debut with the action-drama movie Kri as Kesar in 2018. The story is about a man fighting for his love. She got selected from 30 applicants at the auditioning for the Nepali film Kri.
