Kumar Vishwas is an Indian Hindi poet, orator and socio-political activist. He has been the leader of Aam Aadmi Party. His original name is Vishwas Kumar Sharma . He is the most beloved poet of the youth. Along with staging, reciting, singing the poetry of Kumar Vishwas, who re-established Hindi from India to the world, he is also rich in oratorical talent. Kumar Vishwas, proficient in all the genres of stage conducting, singing, poetry recitation, reading, writing etc., has also been a professor of Hindi.

Early life and education

Kumar Vishwas was born on 10 February ( Vasant Panchami ), 1970 in a middle-class family in Pilkhua , Hapur , Uttar Pradesh . His father Dr. Chandrapal Sharma, RSS Degree College ( Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut)Affiliated to), was a spokesperson in Pilkhua. His mother Mrs. Rama Sharma is a housewife. He is the youngest of four brothers and one sister. Kumar Vishwas's wife's name is Manju Sharma. With whom he has two daughters named Kuhu and Agrata. Kumar Vishwas received his early education from Lala Ganga Sahay Vidyalaya, Pilkhua. After passing 12th from Rajputana Regiment Inter College, his father wanted him to become an engineer. Dr. Kumar Vishwas's mind was not engaged in the study of machines and he left that study in the middle. Thinking of moving forward in the field of literature, he did graduation and then post graduation in Hindi literature, in which he received a gold medal. Thereafter, he obtained PhD on the subject of "Folk Consciousness in Kauravi Folk Songs". His research work was also rewarded in 2001.

Career

Kumar Vishwas started his career in 1994 as a spokesperson in Rajasthan. Today Kumar Vishwas is one of the busiest poets of Hindi poetry stage.  He has recited poetry in thousands of poetry conferences so far. He also writes regularly for several magazines. Apart from being a poet of the stage, Vishwas is also a lyricist in the Hindi film industry. Songs written by him will appear in films in the next few days. He has also acted in Aditya Dutt's film 'Chai-Garam'.

Political life

Kumar Vishwas has been an active member of Team Anna formed during August 2011 for the Jan Lokpal movement. He is a member of the National Executive of Aam Aadmi Party, formed on 26 November 2012. Kumar Vishwas also contested the Lok Sabha election from Amethi, but lost. 

Poet Kumar Vishwas, angry with politics, says, "I cannot be lost or found in politics. I am the seed of creation, it cannot be lost in the soil." He says that 'politics 10 years 5 years but poetry thousand years'.

Work and  achievements 

Kumar Vishwas is considered the poet of Shringar Ras. The poetry collection 'Koi Deewana Kehta Hai' written by him was very popular among the youth. He has written many beautiful poems in which Navaras of Hindi poetry are found. The songs written by him have also been used in some films etc. He also made a TV program called 'Tarpan', paying tribute to the great poets before him, in which Vishwas himself has given his voice to the poems of old poets.

Kumar Vishwas has two books published - 'Ik Pagli Ladki Ke Bin' (1996) and 'Koi Deewana Kehta Hai' (in two editions 2007 and 2010) apart from appearing regularly in various magazines. Renowned writer Late Dharamveer Bharti has called Dr. Vishwas the most promising poet of this generation. First class Hindi lyricist 'Neeraj' ji has given him the noun of 'Nisha-Niyamak'. Famous comic poet Dr. Surendra Sharma has called him the only ISO:2006 poet of this generation.

Kumar Vishwas wrote a song De De Jagaan for the 2018 Hindi film Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran . Vishwas hosts a comedy show titled KV Sammelan on Aaj Tak television channel which first premiered on 29 September 2018. He wrote dialogues for the film Dasvini starring Abhishek Bachchan, Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur. The film was released online on 7 April 2022 and received mixed reviews from critics and a lot of love from the audience.

Kumar Vishwas also received many big invitations, in which Google 's invitation of 2014 is a known invitation. Accepting this invitation, he also gave a lecture at Google's headquarters in 2014. An invitation was also received by a named reality show Bigg Boss to appear in the show, in which he did not participate due to some reason. 

Forum

Dr. Vishwas is also a leading poet in the field of Kavi Sammelans and Mushairas. Till now he has recited and conducted poetry in thousands of Kavi Sammelans and Mushairas. His solo programs have been held in hundreds of prestigious educational institutions of the country. These include IIT Kharagpur, IITBHU, ISM Dhanbad, IIT Roorkee, IIT Bhubaneswar, IIM Lucknow, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Trichy, etc. Dr. Vishwas is also often called for poetry recitation in many corporate companies.

Apart from reciting poetry in hundreds of small and big cities of India, he has also demonstrated his poetic talent in many other countries. These include countries such as the US  , Dubai  , Singapore  Muscat, Abu Dhabi and Nepal. Kumar wrote a course book titled Amartva for classes 1 to 8 under Benchmark Publications.
