Dr. Roman Saini is a former Indian Administrative Service officer who later founded Unacademy, an online educational institution.  He is also a motivational speaker and guitarist. Roman Saini has resigned from the Indian Administrative Service to focus on free education initiative Unacademy . In an interview with Dainik Bhaskar, Roman said that the decision to leave the civil service was difficult. But this initiative of ours will change the picture of education.

Introduction

Roman is a native of Raikaranpura village of Kotputli in Rajasthan . In 2013, he passed the IAS exam and got 18th rank in the country. Roman's mother is a housewife and father is an engineer.

At the age of 16, he passed the admission test in a prestigious institute like AIIMS . After studying medicine, at the age of 22, Roman also passed the IAS exam in the first attempt.  Dr. Roman Saini is now giving online free coaching to those students who are interested in joining civil services.

Roman Saini leads the spirited youth of modern India for whom it is their passion to rise against the odds and triumph. Roman Saini leads those who give more importance to karma than luck in their life.

Unacademy

Generally taking UPSC coaching costs a lot and not everyone is able to take coaching. After joining Civil Services, Roman decided that he would help other participants through free online training. For this he started 'Anacademy'. This is an online coaching website that he runs along with his friend Gaurav Munjal.

Roman's videos and speeches are getting hundreds of hits every day on the social networking website. In these videos and speeches, he teaches the participants such qualities which can prove to be useful for them to touch the floor of civil services. Roman interacts with UPSC participants from all over the country through this website and gives online training. Many such videos have been posted by Roman on social media. In these, Roman talks on different topics and answers the questions of the students. Roman also occasionally visits the contestants when he has time.
