Around a decade before 2022, Kale took a significant step by venturing into various business ventures in Mumbai. This shift from working for the government to pursuing independent business ventures showcases his entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to explore new opportunities. Sudden Demise (2024)

Sadly, Amol Kale passed away due to cardiac arrest in New York City in June 2024. He was reportedly in New York to watch the India-Pakistan T20 World Cup match when he suffered the health complication. His sudden demise sent shockwaves through the Indian cricket fraternity, with many expressing their condolences.
